If you are not completely satisfied with Your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we will provide a full refund of your initial purchase if Your request is initiated within 30 days of the original purchase.   If there is a discrepancy between the date of purchase and the date when Services are available to You, the date of purchase will be used to determine if the refund request is within the 30-day Money Back Guarantee window.  Please get in touch with if you would like to pursue a refund under the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee.

Refund Policy

GVC offers a free plan that will provide You with access to a limited amount of GVC’s Services. Once You subscribe to a plan, You will be automatically charged every month/year according to your subscription date.  If You choose to pay monthly, You will have access to GVC’s Services for a 30-day period after each monthly payment is received and successfully processed by GVC.  You have no long-term commitment to Our Services and can cancel at any time.  If You cancel Your subscription, You will have access to Your Services until the end of the next billing cycle.  We do not offer refunds for Our monthly subscribers. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for monthly subscriptions; rather, You will have access to Your Services until the next billing cycle.  If You selected an Annual plan and would like to cancel Your subscription, You are entitled to a refund that will be calculated based on the pro-rated cost of a monthly subscription (Your refund will not be pro-rated off of Our Annual subscription costs).   If You would like to request a refund, please send us an email to  If you have added Family Members to Your plan and choose to cancel, the family members on Your plan will no longer be able to access their Services.
